I don't know honestly but I have Rogers Hi-speed medium or something like that. There is no competition in my area - I can't even get Bell/Aliant high speed. I have a hard time watching anything that streams - even the SOTD is constantly stopping on me - that's why I like Youtube-like stuff so I can load it then listen/watch it.
