Bernie Breen (Bernie Bernie Management) and Patrick Sambrook (Egg Plant) are the Hip's managers. Its a co-partner management arrangement for the Hip I think. Patrick also manages Kathleen Edwards and Sarah Harmer. You'll often see Patrick rockin' out at shows. :-)
I'm sure you've met them before at one of the shows.
