Match-up #28 - The Last Of The Unplucked Gems Vs. Fiddler's Green

THIS one is by far the toughest one for me up to now.
I'm gonna give it to Fiddler's because I was in Calgary when they played it live for the very first time. It's had a special place in my music collection since.
I'm surprised this one is this close. Don't get me wrong, Gems is good, but we're talking about Fiddler's freakin' Green here!!!

Cool. I'd have loved to have been there, just to see the reaction from the crowd if nothing else.
I went with FG as well.
Although I know Gems will loose to the heavyweight that is FG... had to be Gems

I picked Fiddlers for the exact same reason. I've always loved the song, but probably would have picked Gems if not for seeing Fiddlers live at that show. Pretty spectacular moment to have witnessed, to say the least. The show itself was good, but because of that song and what it meant to be seeing it for the first time ever, places that concert pretty close to the top of my favorite live Hip shows.
Gems is very, very special to me.
I picked Fiddler's Green because there is a street with that name in the beach resort I make my summer home at in Fort Erie
