been twice before..
not since 2005 though
there are some really cool gardens in haifa, world famous + have some religious significant...the name escapes me though
in the north (around the sea of galilee) there are a lot of nice hiking trails and waterfalls and stuff like that
tel aviv has great beaches and night clubs
jerusalem...in the old city, see the Western Wall and get a falafel or schwarma
eilat...has a great beach and is probably the hottest city ive ever been to (was 43 degrees when we were there). we also did a booze cruise in eilat which was a lot of fun
those are vague suggestions off the top of my head..

Just got back from the trip to Israel...And without a doubt, of the 16 countries I've been fortunate enough to see, Israel takes the kosher cake.
Righteous on so many levels. A place everyone has to see.
