CLEVELAND -- Even though the border between Canada and the United States is a friendly one, Canadian alt rock act The Tragically Hip hasn't found many red, white and blue friends. Huge in their homeland (they sell out arenas), the quintet is lucky to play clubs in the States. They play the Odeon Friday. Tickets are $25 through Ticketmaster
