I only heard it once a few years ago on the radio here in Edmonton: there was a song in which Gord riffed about a whale (killer whale??). I don't know which song it was now. Does anyone know it, and is it available anywhere (eg the Live 10 on iTunes)?

Ah KWT. The greatest Gord rant. I remember back between 94-98 when it used to get played on 106.9 the BEAR all the time (Ottawa). Also when I was in high school, we used to play it on the morning announcments and at lunch minus the f bomb of course.
