phpbb3 was just released - the long-awaited upgrade to phpbb2 which runs hipbase.
I read that, I will look into the upgrade procedure.
I just upgraded the forum at <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.bangkoktobabylon.com/forum">www.bangkoktobabylon.com/forum</a><!-- w --> to phpbb3. The process was very easy.
phpbb3 is much more secure and faster vs. phpbb2. Certainly worth taking a look at phpbb3. vbulletin is rock solid ... that is for sure. Lots of good options these days.
Ok, I finally got around to upgrading. I still have to customize the template. Let me know if you are having problems.
