I don't know who's a bigger dick him or his brother. All that will happen is he might have to pay a small fine or if he's really unlucky do a little bit of community service :roll: Anyone remember the Ron Mexico incident :lol:

This guy was not just another gang banger dog fighter. He was torturing and physically beating animals to death. He is classic psychopath. I am sick and tired of people defending him by saying it's a urban subculture. American professional spots have elevated these thugs to the status of heroes. Don't tell me that every guy on the Atlanta Falcons didn't know about him.

I think he might get jail time for this, I really do. One thing that people tend to get disgusted by more than many things is animal cruelty, especially to dogs (man's best friend and all that). Plus from what I heard these charges were laid by the feds in the US, and it's said that the federal prosecutors rarely lose a case.
I'll be interested to see what Roger Goodell's reaction will be. He's shown he's not afraid to take a firm stand and suspend guys (see: Chris Henry, Tank Johnson and Pacman Jones). This is a slightly different case, because a) while Vick has had some publicly embarrassing gaffes, it's not like he's been charged or indicted for multiple crimes like the 3 players I mentioned, and b) Vick is the face of the Atlanta Falcons and one of the most recognizable athletes today, much more so than the other 3 players suspended. If Goodell sticks to his guns and suspends him, which I suspect he'll do, it'll send the message that the NFL is serious and players better get their sh*t together and not engage in criminal behaviour. And maybe the players will actually get the message.

Vick has been an disapointment off the field. It started with the "blunt" myspace pix. Ron Mexico, then the waterbottle with the secret compartment and now the dog fighting. When will this guy learn! Also his bro's issues did not help with his image.
