Hi everyone!

I have been a memeber for almost two months, and I have to say, this is my favourite site to come to to get info on The Hip.

My question is: ( I just got a computer) How do I get in on the action to get downloads of live songs or DVDS?

Favourite Hip songs:
Live version of GRACE, TOO
Locked in the Trunk of a Car
Crack My Spine Like a Whip
Three Pistols
The Darkest One
...and the list could go on and on....

For downloading mp3's and mpeg movies you should get a file sharing program like Kazaa lite k++. You can get that here: http://www.kazaalite.tk/ on the left side menu click on 'Kazaa lite' under the downloads menu. You will then get a screen that has various languages.

Its simple to install and get started. Post any questions if you need some help using it.

Also, a few areas to check out:
http://www.etree.org
http://www.archive.org (in the audio section)
http://www.thehundredthmeridian.com
And the FTP info on this forum, I think the only active one is fiscaps, but definately worth a look.

As far as FTP software goes, I like SmartFTP. Its easy to use and its free!

Cheers!
