GSP dominated Hughes from start to finish. Impressive performance.
Silva/Liddell was like watching two drunks wail away at each other at a bar. I guess that's better than wrestling someone down and just laying on top of them, though.

Here's the fights:

I was very happy to see GSP dominate and get the win. One thing I didn't really notice upon first watch of the match was there was only 6 seconds left in the round when Hughes submitted.

yeah, but if he had of held on for those 6 seconds, his arm would have been busted.

Poetic justice, right? When Hughes beat GSP the first time, GSP tapped out with 1 second left in the round. The only difference was that I think GSP wasn't in as much trouble in their first fight as Hughes was last night. Like EP said, Hughes' arm might have been taken off if he didn't tap. In their first fight, I think GSP panicked a little bit when he got caught in the submission.
I guess all those reports about GSP's wrestling skills in training camp were proven correct. GSP has manhandled the supposed top two 170 pound wrestlers in the UFC. Hughes is a guy who was always considered the strongest 170 pounder. GSP took him down and manhandled him so easily that it was really a sight to behold. GSP, if Serra is healthy enough for their fight in April, should just manhandle Serra to the ground like he did to Hughes Saturday night. That would take away Serra's chance of landing a haymaker while standing.
BJ friggin' Penn!!!! :jump :jump :jump :jump

Canadians seem to love the UFC.
Seeing Brock lose made my night. Seeing Sylvia get choked out made my night EVEN BETTER!

Lesnar fight was VERY interesting..and i actually think that if he hadn't of hit Mir in the back of the head by accident (and the fight didn't stop there), he would of won by KO or TKO...perhaps not though, his defense was quite poor.
best defense is a good offense rule doesn't really apply in UFC IMO lol.
This Saturday, Silva/Henderson. Tremendous matchup. The two best 185 pounders in the world. Should be great.

My buddy's girlfriend surprised him with tickets for this.. I am extremely jealous. Should be a great fight and the undercard looks pretty good too.

The main event is almost worth the PPV itself. The undercard is alright. I'm not all that excited about it, but the main event could go either way. Your buddy's girlfriend is a nice gal.

Not sure but I think that Koscheck, Sanchez and Arlovski (sorry bout the spelling) fights are all "may not be broadcast". How things have changed in a year.
Another dominating win for GSP!!!! The champ is back!!
