If The Killers come around your city, make it a point to check them out. Was at their concert in Detroit at the Fox on Wednesday night and it was totally killer. High energy, the band is unreal live, one of the best live performances I've seen - the lead singer performs flawlessly and totally engages the crowd.
Plus considering they only have 2 albums they gave a good 1h 40m set with 1 encore plus a mini-second-encore where they played the outro from Sam's Town followed by "When you were young" a second time.
They played the Molson Amphitheatre a couple summers ago. Edge 102 was offering $10.21 tickets so we decided to go. It was much better than I anticipated - and the crowd was WAY more into it than I thought they would be.
It's good to hear that they are still putting on a good show; but sadly they just came through Toronto and I missed it.
I would really like to see them live - I am actually listening to the first album in the car right now.
And - I'll be damed if two of the songs start off like I am listening to World Container.

In a few years they will have a couple of more albums with tunz to play.
