... same old Elvis thing ...
In Gord's speech for Bob Rock's induction, he made comment that Bob could tell you the clothes he was wearing when he bought Exile on Main Street.
I can tell you the exact intersection I was sitting at in Brampton when I first heard Blow at High Dough....................

I still vividly remember the first time I saw NOIS on MuchMusic back in grade 11 (1989). It was after school and I was watching MM in our basement and I was completely enamored from the first second.
I hope I dont wake daddy when I cast my vote. hehe
wow Dont Wake Daddy pulls it off, awesome :thumb:
that would have been great if we had another tie in our first three way match up. i can't believe BAHD is out.
Nice...I didn't think that was possible but...nice.
DWD was the first song I ever heard live. Very happy it made it through - even if it was only by one vote.

Is this our first "major" upset?
Shocking.
Not only did Family Band fail to finish off Don't Wake Daddy when it had the chance, but like Kurt Cobain reincarnated, DWD has risen from dead to take out Blow at High Dough.
Can anyone stop these rampaging Sled Dogs?!?
ct

LOL!
That reminds of a great line from Airplane!
"is this your first time Mr. Striker?"
"no, I've been nervous before"
I think Emperor Penguin taking out Ahead by a Century was a pretty big upset, maybe not around here though because Emperor Penguin actually gets the recognition it deserves but still, ABAC is a pretty big song.
