Hey, I don't know if anybody has heard of my band The Deep Dark Woods...but I thought I'd just post our myspace page, where you can see our tourdates coming up in May. Maybe if you like the music, you could come out to one of our shows. We're playing all the major cities west of Saskatoon + more.

Checked out your "myspace" page...looks good! But how come no trips to Regina on your tour agenda???
Which member of the band are you?
JJ
It's tough to get a show in Regina right now for some reason. We'll definetely be playing there in the coming months though. Probably at O'hanlons. I am the bass player. I also do backup vocals, lead on a few songs, and write some songs for the band.
bit far for me to pop out to a gig, good luck to you though!
The show was awsome. Buds was packed!!!!(full of cougers/40 +). Seriously though, I love weird challenges, like playing to crowds that don't normally watch your band. They really enjoyed it though. There was a line outside buds around the corner....but the venue was already packed before they opened the doors for junofesters....so none of our fans really got in. On a side note, there was a cool review of our show in the Star Phoenix today, with a picture of me rocking out at the show below it.
A much better show will be happening this sunday at Amigos. We're playing with Ruth Minniken!!! (from Halifax).
