Hey Hammer - And everyone else!

Looks like we'll be sitting beside each other, Hammer! I had to laugh when I saw your message.. I got Row 6, seats 29-32. I can't believe how quickly they got bought up!

What's the deal with the 'gold circle'? Are those just the floor seats? I'm hoping to get some Gord sweat on me....

I scored Row 2 - seats 7,8,9! From the looks of the seating chart, the first 3 rows are 40 seats wide, so 7,8,9 are a bit off-centre, but I'm not complaining!

I had the Aitken Centre website up on my screen with the "Password:________" page for a full 2 minutes before the password showed up on TheHip.com... Anyone who had an inside track could have entered the password before it went "live" on TheHip.com. I got my order in as quickly as I possibly could and got 2nd row, so I'm suspicious that a few insiders had the password and were able to buy their tix on the Aitken Centre website before the rest of us saw the password on TheHip.com. While I was waiting for the passoword to be posted, I tried some of the passwords that were recently used, but no luck...

Anyway, 2nd row baby! Now I have to hope for something good on Monday for the show here in Saint John!

Front row tickets may not be a part of the presale. Only select seats are. But I could be wrong.

Fair enough... you could be right. As I said in a previous post, (maybe in the Saint John thread...) The last time The Hip were in Saint John, I scored front row tix through the pre-sale, but that was a phone-in pre-sale to the Harbour Station box office. Might be different this time around....

i am row 2, seats 14 and 15.

there is no way the front row was on sale. i got onto the aitken center website within 45 seconds of the password being posted and i got row 2. the front row was probably for comps and radio stations, etc.

My gf's friend got Row 4, Seats 5-6 a little while ago... (Atleast 1.5 hours after I got Row 6 tickets...)

That is disappointing, but i'll live

i can't decide how i feel about your post. i am a little jealous that you got front row, but you are way off to the side. i actually think that my 2nd row seats might be a better view. i also don't know if i am pissed that you cheated to get tickets as opposed to the rest of us who waited, or if i am just jealous that i didn't think of it.

Wow! I can't believe I didn't think of that!!! I don't think you cheated - I think you were rewarded for being resourceful!!! It does sound a bit unfortunate that you're on the very end of a row, but hey, it's still front row!! Time to start marking the days off on the calendar...
