OK I need some help please. How is the presale going to work for this show? Same as the club dates? will a password be sent this week. I need details because I am leaving the country on friday (9th) and will be gone during the whole getting tickets extravganza. I have to put a lot of faith in my brother for this one.

Crap... I've lived here over six years now and I hate Stampede week. Usually I try to find a reason to leave town, but now I guess I'll have to stick around. With assigned seating at the Saddledome, it shouldn't be that bad... right?
Show'll be fine, I'm just concerned about everything else - people tend to want to fight me during Stampede, for whatever reason. So I don't dress up like a cowboy for one weekend of the year, please fuck off.
It's in the middle of my vacation time, which probably means I'll be off in the wilderness somewhere, but I'll still consider going. Calgary's not too far from the mountains, after all!

$79.50?? That's ridiculous. I love the Hip, and normally I'd step over my own mother to see them live, but that's a little too steep for me right now. Unfortunately it looks like I'll have to skip this one.
Yeah, I'd love to see them again so soon, but those prices are pretty much a deal breaker.

I agree, it's RiDiCuLouS!! But, it is the Stampede...and anybody who has ever been to the Stampede knows that it's not about old-time cowboy fun...it's about commercialism and the allmighty $$ 8)

Isn't that the same price structure as the winter arena dates? I guess some people made a fuss about those too, though.
