I have one of these "tour itineraries" from the 2004 tour with The Hip and Sam Roberts. I think its just some enterprising person that has access to the
proper information to assembly this little booklet. When I received the 2004 one it was a poorly photocopied / assembled P.O.S. Kind of a waste of money unless you are a hardcore collector. I've always wanted to bring the copy to show the Hip's / Sam's manager just to find out if its legitimate.
