Just a heads up for those in the area, every year there's free concerts in Harris Park for balloonfest, the acts were announced in an email I got from FM96 today..

I believe you have to pay to get in the licensed areas, not 100% sure. Last year Thornley and Grady were there, it was great.

I may have to go on the Sunday to check out Bobnoxious again. I saw them open for The Trews at the Lucknow Strawberry Summerfest, and they put on a great show. They made a fan out of me in that one live performance.
They are playing in Goderich (about 30 minutes away from me) on Sept. 9, but I've already got tickets to see the Hip in Stratford for that night.
I don't really have any interest in seeing Matt Mays, but I think Grady would be good to see live.

Aaah! I have a prior commitment on the 6th.
I'd like to see Matt Mays.
Grady is indeed a good show, although their problem is that they are kind of a one-trick pony. Gordie Johnson plays, and plays, and plays, while the bass player hammers endlessly on one lonely note.
