Does it count as a Hip Public Hearing if some jackass is blasting No Threat out his wide open driver-side window while weaving dangerously between lanes of traffic?

Cause if it doesn't, I'll roll up my window.

I assume it still counts if I was the one that put in on. Wink

Pauli's
Courage

Pauli's is a pretty sweet Hot Dogs/Ice Cream chain around Central VA (too bad they've closed down Sad ). My friends and I always used to hang out there, and one time they played "Courage" over the piped-in music. No one could figure out why I was freaking out so much! :jump

In View within a Subway (restaurant...) as I walked in.
Two weeks later, I walk into the same Subway and In View is playing again!

I was driving around for work today in a rental and 101.5 was programmed in the radio. I am not even sure what Canadian station it is.
I flip it on and Fiddler's Green was playing - I never hear that one on the radio.
And then Fly Came on.
Just a two play - but pretty cool.

Back in the day some friends and I were driven from Seattle to Vancover to see R.E.M.. I told all my frieds not to bring any herbs because growing up in Buffalo, every time I went into Canada the border dudes would look at me with my long hair and search my car. Well this one chick ignored my warning and brought along a couple grams of weed. When we got to the border they quickly ushered us aside and made us get out of the car and sit in a little office while they searched the car. As we sat silently awaiting our fate the opening of "Grace" began to flow from the buildings sound system. I couldn't controle myself and blearted out " I said I'm tragically Hip!!" The guard stuck his head in smiled at me and told us we were free to go. We had a great time in Vancover but the border dude the keept the weed! Tongue

I flipped to Iceberg on Sirius today and heard Rink then to my surprise it was Rob and Gord S talking about Rink and GD's love of hockey, how Rob's son is also a goalie, and then they segued right into 700 ft Ceiling. I had to stay in my car to see if they came back on, but it was a Nelly Furtado song.
