Dire Wolf is a beautiful song, I guess it's my favourite if I had* to pick. I have no idea why but it reminds me of Membership.
Dark Canuck does it for me also, it is a masterpiece, one of the best ever IMO.

First post here. I just seen the hip two days ago in Berlin and it couldn't have been better.
Anyway I would have to say that without a doubt "Leave" is my favorite. The others are great as well, but I like how Leave peaks. It's easy to sing to and has an uplifting effect.

whooboy... tough question. the dark canuk is perhaps the most intellectual song the guys have ever written, and the second half blows my mind. it's a daring tune that totally realizes it's potential. gord is so confident, so coy. great tune. on the other hand, i cannot get enough of leave. phenomenal lyrics, great riffs, lovely melody. i'd say it's a draw. also, all tore up is underrated.

Wow, it seems I'm not alone with Dire Wolf. Followed by Use It Up, Throwing Off Glass, Leave, Silver Jet.... and the rest, there's not one song I'd be surprised to see someone mention here.
As good as Darkest One is, I would've like to see UIU as the next single.
